Destination Touristic Services acts as an intermediary and the services offered are subject to change. In the event of cancellation, payments already made will be refunded as soon as possible, taking into account the cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees:

0% cancellation fee for bookings canceled more than 24 hours before the excursion date
50% cancellation fee for bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the excursion date
100% cancellation fee for cancellation on the day of the trip (no show)
0% cancellation fee for persons who cancel on the day of the trip for medical reasons and present a medical document, applies only to the sick person
