Are you longing for the silence and tranquility of the great outdoors?

Immerse yourself in the peaceful and original landscape of Bulgaria. The first stop is a small farmhouse, nicely situated between fragrant meadows: the world of bees. In this apiary you will learn interesting facts about beekeeping and the production of pure honey in the family. Nikolay and his family will welcome you and tell you about this art. You can taste a real specialty: honey elixir.

After the exciting demonstration, you continue to the small village of Prossenik. Grandma Tanya welcomes you to her private village house. You will try organically grown vegetables in your own garden and the typical Bulgarian delicacy “Banitza”.

The onward journey through lush landscapes and dreamy villages takes you to the high mountains and your final stop: the Kamenyak Organic Dairy Farm. The friendly host family will show you what's behind the famous Bulgarian sheep's cheese. Enjoy the full-bodied taste of the local specialties with a fantastic panoramic view over the natural mountains.
